We encourage long-term full time employment, however, should you encounter an issue with your hire we will find you a replacement at no cost or you have the option to cancel your monthly plan. 

If you wish to cancel our service but retain your employee directly, you have this option after one year of successful work by paying us our placement fee which is 35% of one year's cost. 

This depends on the role you are looking to fill and your specific needs. Most of our candidates are college educated and already have work experience in a similar role and proficient in many software programs and online communication tools. Most of our clients prefer our month to month plan until the employer has gained trust and staff proven successful. We also prefer to ensure our Filipino candidates will receive competitive pay, quarterly incentive pay, and 13th month pay, which we handle and outline in onboarding paperwork. After one year, we offer the option to pay us a placement fee (35% of year 1 cost) if everything is going well and you wish to manage directly.

We verify skills during an interview or first task that is appropriate for the role we are hiring for. We require ID proof, stable internet connection and proof of internet speed. We also ensure they are not working on a shared computer to reduce data risk.
