We encourage long-term full time employment, however, should you encounter an issue with your hire we will find you a replacement at no cost or you have the option to cancel your monthly plan.
If you wish to cancel our service but retain your employee directly, you have this option after one year of successful work by paying us our placement fee which is 35% of one year's cost.

Most of our clients prefer our month to month plan until the employer has gained trust and staff proven successful. After one year, we offer the option to pay us a placement fee (35% of year 1 cost) if everything is going well and you wish to manage directly.

We verify skills during an interview or first task that is appropriate for the role we are hiring for. We require ID proof, stable internet connection and proof of internet speed. We also ensure they are not working on a shared computer to reduce data risk.
