Flexibility

Most of our clients prefer our month to month plan until they have gained the trust of their remote staff and and proven successful. After one year with your work placement we offer the option to pay us a one time fee, (35% of year 1 cost), if you would like to control payments to your remote staff directly or you can continue on our month to month plan.

Unexpected change? We'll help you get back on track for free

We’re confident in our recruiting process, but we realize no system is perfect. If something doesn’t work right between you and your remote worker in the first year, and you need to make a change, we’ll get you a replacement by following the same system—all at no cost.
